We had a fantastic time during our Christmas stay! the spa was the cherry on top of our holiday experience - it was clean, modern, and had a variety of amenities to enjoy. the location of the hotel was also great, just a short walk to the lifts and with convenient covered parking nearby. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions and provide assistance.
The quality of the food. Some options lacked taste or substance, especially for someone with dietary restrictions.

Spent Christmas holidays in a middle-class hotel in the Italian Alps. The scenery was amazing with beautiful views of the mountains. The hotel was located near the ski slopes, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and offered helpful information about skiing, ski rentals, and hiking. The restaurant had some nice meals including dairy-free and unusual options.
The hotel was very basic and outdated. The room was small for four people, and the bunk bed was not safe at all without a proper ladder.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was always helpful and friendly, providing us with information about hiking trails and ski deposit. The hotel was clean and the bathroom was mold-free. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel and also had the option to buy pizza from the pizzeria next door. The 3-day spa package was a great deal, offering a robe, towel, and slippers for only 33 Euro. the hotel arranged for us to deposit our skis near the slope for free. The location was close to the slopes and right across the street from a fascinating World War I museum.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
